The Bible counsels us to grow; grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18). Where do you find the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ? In his word, in the Bible and the Bible is God inspired that is the soul food needed for our spiritual growth, for man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.
